Orders & Shipping

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also visit our Track Order page for more details.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Delivery takes 3–6 business days (standard) or 1–2 days (express).

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Cancellations and modifications are possible within 2 hours of placing the order. Email hello@kovastra.com immediately with your order number.

Is COD available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on all orders across India. A small convenience fee of ₹39 may apply.

Sizing

How do I find my size?
Each product page has a sizing guide with chest and length measurements. When in doubt, size up for our Oversized fits and stay true to size for Regular fits.

What's the difference between Regular Fit and Oversized?
Regular Fit follows standard chest and length measurements. Oversized is a boxy, dropped-shoulder silhouette — size down if you prefer a slimmer look.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. See our full Returns Policy.

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

What fabric do you use?
All Kovastra garments are made from 100% ring-spun combed cotton — soft, breathable, and built to last wash after wash.

How should I care for my Kovastra piece?
Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Visit our Care Guide for full instructions.
