Track Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

How to Track Your Order

1. Check your registered email or phone number for a shipping confirmation message from Kovastra
2. Click the tracking link in the message — it will take you directly to the courier's tracking page
3. If prompted, enter your AWB (airway bill) or tracking number

Delivery Timelines

• Standard Delivery: 3–6 business days from dispatch
