Returns and Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Returns

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact
• Raise a return request by emailing hello@kovastra.com with your order number and reason
• Once approved, we'll share a pickup or drop-off instruction

Exchanges

• Exchanges accepted for a different size or colour within 7 days of delivery
• Subject to stock availability at the time of the request
• One exchange allowed per order

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
• COD orders will receive a bank transfer — please share your bank details when raising the request
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, customised products, and items purchased under special discount codes are not eligible for return or exchange.
